M.A.N.E. Catering and Event Services was founded in 2014 by Executive Chef and Owner, Nicholas Orgo, who believes quality food is the medium to bringing family and friends together. After cooking for over 15 years in a variety of highly regarded establishments and reflecting over the large family meals he grew up enjoying, Nicholas decided to start his own company. It was important to him to not only offer his delicious food to those he serves, but also his eye for detail and love of family.
The company was named after Nicholas’ nieces and nephew: Madison, Alexander, Nicholas and Eleni. With family in the name, M.A.N.E. Catering threads good times and good food into each event with the hope of making everlasting memories for everyone to enjoy!
