IPA Mac & Cheese with Bacon, Anyone?

Wow! What fun M.A.N.E. Catering had at the Craft Brew Races in Portland, ME yesterday! We were joined by nearly 40 craft breweries and over 1,000 hungry/thirsty folks as they finished a relaxed 5k around Back Cove.

When you are participating in a beer festival it is only fitting that you offer food made with beer, right? Well, Chef Orgo did it again! This year he met the mark with Beer Braised Sausage, Peppers and Onions; Guinness BBQ Chicken Sandwiches; and the ever popular IPA Mac & Cheese with Bacon...yum!

This craft beer hotspot is a highlight of the season and we were delighted to take part for the third year in a row. We love summer...stayed tuned for our next culinary adventure!
